He dealt with global topics by depicting the struggle between the two worlds. Our playwrights must learn from Shakespeare, namely his talent for expressing the story through the individual and framing the individual in the story. They must learn from Shakespeare how to show the individual through his activity, struggle and action. They have to learn Shakespeare’s language: the language of English literature of his time was steeped in rhetorical devices and fake ornaments; Shakespeare teaches us the language of material reality, which is simple, precise, expressive and bold.
