We must explain to our comrades that in the fight against contemporary Trotskyism, they must no longer engage in discussion or debate, but must eradicate and eliminate. The capitalist world surrounding the USSR sends foreign agents into the Soviet country to destroy Soviet production. The struggle is now more political than technological. Therefore, we must strengthen our vigilance, pay special attention to the political education of our cadres, and identify and root out the agents of Trotskyism and world capitalism in our ranks.
